Mentio ("we") operates mentio.agency. This policy explains what data we handle and why. Short version: as little as possible.
What we collect
- Lead form data. When you submit the site-check form or the AI Visibility test, we receive the website address you entered, your contact (email or Telegram handle), your quiz score if applicable, and the page language. This data is transmitted through a relay service (Cloudflare Workers) and delivered to our team via Telegram. We use it solely to reply to your request.
- Analytics. We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. It records anonymous page views, referrers, browser type and country. No personal profiles are built.
- Email. If you write to team@mentio.agency, we keep the correspondence to handle your request.
What we don't do
- No advertising or tracking cookies, no cookie banner needed — there is nothing to consent to.
- No sale or sharing of your data with third parties beyond the processors named above (Cloudflare, Telegram, GitHub Pages hosting).
- No profiling, no automated decisions.
Retention and your rights
Lead messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our business records. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time: email team@mentio.agency. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Hosting and transfers
The site is served by GitHub Pages with a Fastly CDN; form relays run on Cloudflare Workers. These providers may process technical request data (such as IP addresses) in their own capacity as infrastructure operators.
